TAKE ACTION: Uphold the integrity of our elections

Before he leaves office, President Obama today ordered a full report on Russian hacking during the 2016 election cycle, including concerning cyber-intrusions into the emails of the Democratic National Committee and top Clinton campaign officials. There is reason to believe that there is a lot we do not know.

So far, the President has not committed to making the report public. Last week, eight Democratic senators on the Senate Intelligence Committee urged President Obama to declassify information related to Russia's interference with the U.S. election process.

It is highly unusual for this many members of Congress to go public to ask the executive branch to declassify intelligence information. In fact, it's been 12 years since the last declassification request by this many senators.

The highly-respected senators include Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Ron Wyden (D-OR), Barbara Mikulski (D-MD), Mark Warner (D-VA), Martin Heinrich (D-NM), Angus King (I-ME), Mazie Hirono (D-HI), and ex-officio member Jack Reed (D-RI).

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle recognize the danger of Russian interference in U.S. elections and have said they intend to launch investigations into the matter.

We know you worked tirelessly during this election--now we need your help in upholding the integrity of our elections. Tell President Obama that the American public has a right to know what these senators found so deeply disturbing.
